Shipping policy
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing and verification by Hyde Park Goods, and an additional 1 to 30 business days for delivery by the carrier. During federally recognized holidays or busy retail seasons, all processing, verification, and delivery times may take additional time.
All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping rate and time is determined by which shipping option you selected at checkout. International orders may include a surcharge to cover VAT, duty, etc. These surcharges will be displayed and included at checkout, and you will not incur additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.
There is an additional $5 surcharge for larger items due to the size of these items.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping addresses match in order to prevent credit card fraud and to protect our customers from identity theft.
We may refund your order if our system categorizes your order as possibly fraudulent. You may then contact the customer service team by sending an email to internalteam@hydeparkgoods.com if you would still like to purchase, and we will work with you on alternative payment methods on a case-by-case basis.
